Mirror:

Mods with a S at the end are for slower computers and do not have most of the client side mods that enhance your in-game experience. You may be at a disadvantage compared to players with the normal version of the mod so it is suggested to try to normal version before downloading the S version.

Installation Video

How to use: Delete everything in your .minecraft that except files that you deem important such as saves, screenshots, and lastlogin then copy and paste the contents of the Manual Install into your .minecraft. Once you open minecraft edit your profile and select the correct forge version usually located at the bottom of the list of versions.

If you experience major fps issue remove the mod "Map Writer" from your mods folder, if this does not fix your fps issue mess around with video settings and if it continues to have issues you need a better computer.

If you are using OSX and the Manual Install doesn't work then you may try to manually install forge mod loader into your version folder instead of using Manual Install version folder
