If any of the following rules are broken you will be either banned or muted for a long period of time.
1) No hacking -- This includes xray mods, xray texture packs, Speed hacking, etc....
Breaking this rule will result in a perm ban with no ban appeal
2) No asking for items ever
Break this rule will result in 1hr - 24hr Ban
3) Exploiting and type of glitch this means ANY type
This will result in a 1 week - 5 month Ban
4) No Spamming chat (includes skype)
Breaking this rule will result in 1hr - 24hr Ban or block from skype
5) No Racism in public chat (includes skype with mods/admins)
Breaking this rule will result in 1 - 5 day ban
6) No Cussing out Moderators or Admins (includes skype)
Breaking this rule will result in 1 - 5 day ban or block from skype
7) Structures must be attached to the ground in some way other than air, water, lava and have supports within 20 blocks.
Breaking this rule will result in a warning to fix within 1 day after that the base will be deleted with world edit
8) No Exploiting glitch that allows phasing through roofs by placing a block at your feet in a room then reloging
Breaking this rule will result in faction being disband
9)No Griefing Atlas, using ogres, planes, explosives, etc..
Breaking this rule will result in 1000 day ban
10) No Logging out during a fight. (doesn't include spawn camping)
Breaking this rule will result in 1 day ban and current inventory being given to attacker
11) No exploiting any item duplication glitches
Breaking this rule will result in a perm ban
12) No advertising other minecraft servers
Breaking this rule will result in a 24hr ban
13) No Griefing Safe Zones or WarZones
Breaking this rule will result in a 1 million year ban
14) No stealing ammunition from Turrets in Safe Zones or War Zones.
Breaking this rule will result in a perm ban unless the stolen ammunition is returned.
15) No changing settings on Radars, EMP towers etc in Safe Zones and War Zones
Breaking this rule will result in a 2 day Ban.
16) No stopping Trains on the public railroad
Breaking this rule will result in a 1 day Ban.
17) No stealing Trains on the public railroad
Breaking this rule will result in a 5 day Ban.
18) No PVP in safe zones
Breaking this rule will result in a 1day ban and your inventory given to the victim of the abuse
19) No using machines to grief other people's bases you can only use explosives
Breaking this rule will result in a 1 week ban
